  Forde Masonry really delivered for me – they finally got me to finish a project I’d been meaning to tackle for ages. They did a fantastic job rebuilding my leaning chimney, plus they expertly repointed the top of my second chimney and a large brick wall on my 1910 home. The work looks great, and I’m confident it’ll hold up well thanks to their attention to mortar composition, which I’ve learned is crucial for older homes like mine. Martin was incredibly helpful, always responsive and patient with all my questions. The quote was fair considering the scope of the project.   Martin and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on our sidewalk replacement. We were really impressed with how smoothly everything went – exactly as he’d outlined beforehand. They were incredibly punctual, professional, and took great care with every detail, from the removal of the old asphalt to the beautiful granite curbing.   Forde Masonry, and specifically Martin, Carolina, and their team, were fantastic to work with. We received the best quote, and they truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Martin was incredibly responsive, staying in touch with us while our HOA reviewed and voted on the quotes, and he even worked with our loan program – a huge help! Unlike some other contractors we spoke with, they were very approachable and eager to collaborate. Their crew was also fantastic – friendly, professional, and kept the work area tidy.   Martin and Carolina were absolutely fantastic – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Seriously, I wholeheartedly recommend them! We used them for a few different projects, and they were consistently professional, reliable, and incredibly fair with their pricing. Carolina was particularly fantastic at handling the paperwork and permitting, and they were always on time and communicated brilliantly throughout the whole process. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure the work was done to the highest standard. Specifically, we had them repoint the entire brick facade of our row house – Martin completely resolved the water leak issues we were experiencing. We also had them pour concrete in our back garden, even tackling some nasty rat tunnels! Finally, they completely renovated our basement after devastating flooding, waterproofing the entire space inside and out, including adding a vapor barrier, French drains, and a sump pump. They even helped us with the redesign, offering great advice on material selections and even accompanying us to the stores. We feel so incredibly lucky to have had them through such a stressful time, and everything is now perfectly restored – we haven't had a single water issue since! report abuse

  Martin was fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with! I got several quotes for my masonry repair, and his was the best value. Not only was the quality of his work outstanding, but he also started the job quickly, and his crew finished everything, including some tricky staging, in just under a week.   Martin and his team did an absolutely fantastic job restoring our historic home’s foundation. Because our house is from the 1800s, they took extra care, meticulously repointing the brick and stone, and completely waterproofing the foundation. They even addressed some interior stone issues. We’re incredibly pleased with the quality of their work and their attention to detail – they really went the extra mile.
