  “I couldn’t be happier with United Signature’s work on my kitchen remodel. After a really stressful situation with a leak, they were fantastic – incredibly communicative and really took the hassle out of dealing with the insurance company and the HOA. The whole team was so reassuring and professional. They were also really considerate and made sure I had some usable space throughout the process. Katya’s design was absolutely stunning, and the quality of the materials – especially those gorgeous green cabinets and the hardware – is just incredible. I’ve received so many compliments on everything, and I’m so grateful I chose United Signature; I’ll definitely be using them again for any future projects.” report abuse

  “I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Oleg and United Signature. While the finished work looks good on the surface, there were serious issues with the process and the quality of the work. Oleg repeatedly assured us they’d obtain the necessary permits, but they didn’t, and I found him to be dishonest about the project’s progress. The electrician was clearly inexperienced – he botched the internet cabling and caused damage to my personal property, including my piano, and seemed determined to find a way to charge me for it. It felt like parts of the house were deliberately damaged. I really wish I hadn’t had to write this, but it’s clear they’re willing to mislead clients and overcharge them. Furthermore, it appears the electrician isn’t licensed and United Signature itself isn’t a licensed electrical contractor – don’t trust their claims.” report abuse

  “Oleg, Anna, and their whole team completely transformed our kitchen exactly as we envisioned! We’ve been meaning to write this review for ages – they were truly the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. As first-timers remodeling and dealing with contractors, we felt completely supported. Oleg was incredibly patient, taking the time to discuss every detail and answer all of our questions, ensuring we fully understood the project. He was fantastic at bouncing ideas off us and offering his expertise, while always staying within our budget and never pushing any unnecessary extras. Anna was also a joy to work with, especially during the design phase. We spent a lot of time in their showroom, and she helped us create a beautiful color scheme and choose the perfect materials. Knowing how busy we both are, she was always readily available by phone or text to keep us updated and offer suggestions. And don't even get me started on the contractors – they were genuinely wonderful people, incredibly respectful of our home, and always friendly. We felt completely comfortable having them in our house. Honestly, United Signature is outstanding!
