Honestly, this experience with the snow removal company has been incredibly frustrating. Every time they plow, we’re left with a massive, unusable berm – a 4x12x4’ pile – and then it can take hours, sometimes even longer, for them to actually finish the job. We already cleared our own driveways, so it’s baffling. I contacted dispatch multiple times, and while they’d initially promise a quick follow-up, it consistently fell through. They’d just repeat the same information back to me in a condescending way, and then completely ignore the problem. They even demanded to know my exact address, which felt really intrusive given their dismissive attitude. The road commissioners confirmed this is a recurring issue with this company, and unfortunately, they don’t have any other choices. It’s shockingly sloppy work, and the delays – we waited over two and a half hours in our driveway – are unacceptable. It’s a serious inconvenience and frankly, a very unreliable service.

Honestly, we’ve been incredibly disappointed with the work this contractor has done on Haystack Drive. They’ve completely ruined the drainage system on the hill, and despite repeated requests, they haven’t done anything to fix it. I’ve even witnessed them grading mud and trying to compact it – it looked like they had no idea what they were doing. They really don’t seem to have the skills or experience needed for this type of work.

John’s really reliable – he does a fantastic job loading the trailers with the lime, and we’ll definitely be continuing to use his service. Honestly, we’re so pleased with the prices; he’s the most affordable place in town for powdered lime.
-
Here’s a natural-sounding rewrite: “They clearly have a strong understanding of commercial road construction and a real focus on that specific area.”
-
It sounds like they’re aiming to build a solid base of knowledge or skills during the spring.
