He truly brought our vision to life, and then some. The quality of his work, particularly the plumbing and electrical upgrades, was fantastic, and his team was incredibly professional and considerate of our home. And those custom cabinets, countertops, and shelving with the under-shelf lights – they’re just incredible!   “We recently had Roybal Construction redo the drywall in our closet to address some minor mold, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Brandon was fantastic – he really took the time to explain exactly what work was involved, and he was really good about setting realistic expectations about potential surprises that sometimes come up with older homes. He was confident that the mold issue was fairly minor, but he was upfront about the possibility of uncovering other problems. The crew was also incredibly professional, friendly, and just a pleasure to have around. The job was done quickly and to a really high standard – it looks fantastic! Best part? We didn’t have to lift a finger. We’d definitely recommend Roybal Construction; the price was reasonable and they finished the job sooner than we anticipated.
