  “We were incredibly pleased with the service we received from Diamond Fence, especially Travis. He went above and beyond to help us – he even came to our house and worked with my wife to set up temporary panels to keep our dogs safe while we waited for the ground to thaw and remove the old fence. They also coordinated seamlessly with Blackhawk Works to handle all the root ball removal. Travis and Derek were both fantastic and we highly recommend using Diamond Fence – you definitely won’t regret it!” report abuse

  “I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s work. From the start, the fence installation left a huge gap between our house and the fence line, creating a serious security issue for our dogs and allowing potential intruders to enter our property – which unfortunately happened recently. I contacted them immediately after the installation to request a repair, but I never received any response. Now, months later, we’re facing a dangerous situation, and their excuse is completely unacceptable – that it’s an above-ground fence and therefore their responsibility is limited. Honestly, it’s a major oversight and a complete lack of concern. I would strongly advise against using this company if you have pets or anything valuable, as they clearly don’t prioritize customer satisfaction or resolving problems.” report abuse

  “I was initially impressed with Diamond Fence’s speed in getting a quote and scheduling someone to come out. However, once the quote was approved, the whole process stalled completely. Despite multiple calls and unanswered requests over several months, I’ve received no updates on the installation and haven’t gotten a straight answer about when my fence will be completed. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using Diamond Fence – it’s been a frustrating and unproductive experience. There are plenty of other local installers who would provide a much better service.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the quality of the fence – that’s what ultimately made me choose this company. I was particularly concerned about the durability, and it’s clear they deliver. The team were fantastic too, incredibly helpful and made the whole process really straightforward. Just a heads-up, to get to the site, you’ll need to turn onto Olns Street and then take a right onto Fox – just be aware that Fox Road is currently blocked off at the other end.” report abuse
