  “I really appreciate the variety of building materials and tools they have in stock – it’s exactly what I typically need. I also found it helpful that they always seem to have a good supply of wood pellets, which is a fantastic thing to have on hand during the winter if the power goes out.” report abuse

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The customer service was really lacking, and I found the manager, Diane, to be unhelpful. I waited over an hour for assistance, and unfortunately, my order was lost twice, requiring me to reorder it completely. report abuse

Despite me being polite and respectful, she came across as incredibly rude.   “Honestly, the Fairbanks store is really struggling right now. It’s become incredibly difficult to get around – the aisles are consistently packed with orders and items waiting to be stocked. And it seems like a lot of the employees aren't really knowledgeable about their departments, which makes the whole experience frustrating.” report abuse

  “This place was fantastic! The food was incredible – I especially loved my steak and pickles, cooked perfectly medium rare. Seriously, the customer service was top-notch too. We’ll absolutely be back with the whole family, and I wanted to make sure they knew how much we appreciated it – a $50 tip was definitely deserved!” report abuse
