I was really impressed with the quality of work coming out of 18 & Union in New Bedford. I’ve been observing the team there for over a month now, and their craftsmanship is truly outstanding. They’re incredibly dedicated and focused on producing top-quality work, despite the noise from the saws – it’s clear they’re committed to excellence. The place looks phenomenal!

I’m incredibly concerned about my recent experience with this company. I was nearly run off the road on Route 18 by one of their trucks – they attempted it three times before forcing me into the breakdown lane and ultimately a guardrail and concrete wall. I thankfully have dashcam footage of the entire incident, but I’ve been completely unable to get anyone to respond to my calls or send an email address to provide the evidence. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident, and I worry this is indicative of a serious safety issue. I strongly advise against hiring them – their driving behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality of their work.
