  I’d definitely recommend Isaksen Solar. I’ve been contacted by quite a few solar companies over the last couple of years, and one kept repeating they were the biggest in the country – which didn’t really impress me. A friend recommended Isaksen, and I’m so glad they did. They’re a local company that handles everything themselves, from sales to installation and monitoring, and they don't use subcontractors. Chris was fantastic – incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and the installation team was both fast and really respectful. Honestly, it was a great experience. report abuse

  “I’m absolutely thrilled with the solar system Ryan Rego’s team installed for me two years ago. As a retired contractor, I really appreciated their professionalism. Now, I’m actually generating so much power that I’ve built up a credit with National Grid over $2000! My house is now a completely net-zero home – I’m running everything on electricity and not using any fossil fuels at all. I’m even in the process of buying an electric vehicle to take advantage of the extra energy I’m producing.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Isakson. Being based in Dartmouth, MA, and knowing some of my neighbors had dealt with them, I contacted them when my Eversource bill became unmanageably high. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete scam. The representative was incredibly pushy, selling me a service that was completely fabricated and misleading. Now, three years later, I’m still dealing with the fallout. I specifically asked about the repair process repeatedly, and was assured they'd remove and reinstall my solar panels – all free of charge, given my 20-year contract. Now, when I finally need actual roof repairs, they’re demanding I hire a contractor to do the work myself! The system has been unreliable for years, and this latest issue is just the last straw. Honestly, I truly hope this company ceases to exist.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Isaksen Solar. I’d gotten quotes from a couple of other companies, but Isaksen stood out – they offered straightforward, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. They stuck to their promised install date, and everything they told me came true. After the installation, I even found out they’d upgraded my system for free because of the changes in my energy usage – it was fantastic! It meant I didn’t have to worry about ripping up my walls to accommodate new appliances like an electric car or heat pump. They were also incredibly helpful when I needed to apply for an energy credit, walking me through the whole process. Honestly, it was one of the best solar projects I’ve ever had, and I’d absolutely recommend Isaksen to anyone.” report abuse
