Honestly, this has been a really frustrating experience. They were contracted to repave our street and promised a completion date, but they didn’t do it at all. They even sent out notices telling us to move our cars during the work, and now the street is in a much worse condition than it was before – they dug up the pavement and didn’t bother to fix it. To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for over three weeks, leaving messages for the project manager, but he hasn't returned my calls at all. It’s completely unacceptable.
