  We were absolutely thrilled with our experience building with Battaglia Homes. They truly went above and beyond to create a home that perfectly matched our vision – something we couldn’t find with any other builders in Harford County. They were fantastic at listening to our needs, drawing up our floor plan exactly as we wanted, and even creating a 3D model so we could really see how the finished house would look. We’re not very visual people, and that was a huge help. There were definitely moments where we felt a bit lost, but the team was always there to guide us and solve any problems that came up.   I’m incredibly frustrated with Battaglia Homes. I’ve been trying for weeks to get someone to address a serious problem with my roof, and I’m still getting no response. It’s been raining heavily, and frankly, it’s terrifying. I’ve spoken with Michelle, Meredith, and several others, but every call goes straight to voicemail. I even called from a number they hadn't previously recognized, and they finally answered, but the whole situation is incredibly concerning and I’m worried about the damage. I really need someone to take this seriously and get someone out here to assess the damage – please, if anyone is reading this, respond quickly! report abuse

  Honestly, it’s really difficult to fully explain how frustrating this experience was. I strongly urge anyone considering these builders to do a thorough check of their own – look at reviews on sites like Angie’s List to get a more balanced and realistic picture. report abuse
