  Woodfield really exceeded our expectations – they designed and installed our pool, and we absolutely love it! John was fantastic; he really listened to our vision and creatively transformed our space to create our dream pool. The whole team – Scott, Peter, Lisa, Sharon, Eddie, and everyone else – was incredibly responsive and helpful. They answered all our questions and handled every little issue with such efficiency, making the whole process so smooth and stress-free.   Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. After Woodfield visited my property and we had several calls and emails, we finally received word in July that they couldn’t provide an estimate – largely due to the complexities of my backyard. To make matters worse, there was no proactive communication from the project manager; the admin simply passed along the information without any real understanding of pool construction. They couldn’t even give me a price range, and they wouldn't discuss whether dry wells needed to be moved. It felt completely dismissive and unprofessional, and I strongly advise you to look for a company that prioritizes good communication and building relationships with their clients. report abuse

  Woodfield did an absolutely fantastic job building our pool! We had it done this summer/fall, and honestly, it was a really smooth experience despite everything going on with COVID. They were competitive on price, stuck to the agreed-upon timeline, and went above and beyond to resolve any little problems that came up.   Joanie Ottenritter and her family were absolutely thrilled with the work Peter and his team at Woodfield Outdoors did for them. They completely transformed their property with the installation of their inground pool and extensive landscaping – everything was done to an incredibly high standard and exceeded their expectations.
