  I just wanted to express how thrilled we are with the recent renovations! The Clancy Team truly went above and beyond. Mike Gray was incredibly efficient and easy to work with, and Nick Poppe’s thoughtful suggestion of a pocket door was fantastic.   “I have to say, the crews’ work schedule is very strict – starting precisely at 7am – but unfortunately, they’ve been causing some significant issues. There have been repeated problems with blocking driveways and parking on the street, and a lot of oil stains left on the road. More seriously, they haven’t been putting up protective fencing during the digging and building, which is a really concerning safety hazard, especially with so many children around. Because of these issues, and the potential impact on our neighbors, I strongly recommend you have a conversation with the company owner beforehand to discuss how to minimize disruption and ensure everyone’s safety.” report abuse
