  Charlie Kopishke contacted us about a potential issue with his AC unit, and we’re really pleased with how quickly we were able to resolve it. Michelle responded promptly and Nick arrived within about 70 minutes to investigate. He confirmed the unit was working correctly and, given that they’re in a condo with neighbors below, he also checked the recently installed “kill switch” – which had been put in just five weeks prior – to ensure everything was functioning properly.
