Carl and the team at McDowell & Associates did a fantastic job resolving the sinking slab issue we had. They were really thorough, taking the necessary soil samples to figure out the root cause and then designing a solid solution. I appreciated that Carl was completely upfront about all the costs involved, and he carefully oversaw the work of the contractors to make sure everything was done according to his plan. Despite the initial hassle of dealing with a problem like this, I was really pleased with their professionalism and would definitely recommend them and use their services again.
