  “I can’t recommend this company to other mechanics. I spent weeks of my time interviewing and ultimately was dismissed after just three days. They offered me a rate of $38 an hour, but then abruptly asked me to leave without any explanation, claiming I hadn’t completed any work – which was completely untrue. I’d already done a significant amount of repairs and diagnostics, and frankly, it felt like they were just trying to avoid hiring me. Adding to the frustrating experience, the owner seemed to misunderstand my background as a field mechanic, despite my eight years of experience. It felt like they were unwilling to give me a straight answer and I was left feeling completely undervalued. I was essentially asked to waste a week working in the shop with no real direction, while the shop mechanics did very little. Honestly, the whole situation felt incredibly unprofessional and dismissive." report abuse

  Honestly, this company seems to have a really high turnover rate – they’re constantly bringing people on and then letting them go quickly. It feels like they don’t value their employees. The owner doesn’t seem to be taking responsibility for the situation, which is concerning.   “I hired this company to repair my property after they damaged it, but unfortunately, they didn’t complete the work I requested. Specifically, my SUV continues to bottom out when entering and exiting my driveway. Worse, my grandchildren and I were injured by exposed roots they left behind.   I’m extremely concerned about the repeated disregard for hours of service regulations and the negative impact it’s having on our team. Management consistently ignores valid employee concerns and has, on multiple occasions, wrongfully withheld pay.
