  Luis was fantastic! He really took the time to walk me through all the different water heater options and I felt completely confident in choosing the package and maintenance plan – it just made sense with all the added benefits. He was so thorough during the installation, explaining every step and keeping me informed the whole time. And after everything was done, he even took the time to clean up and make sure everything was working perfectly, including checking the faucets and confirming I had hot water.   “I was so relieved when Mr. Harris came out on a Sunday night to fix my overflowing bathtub faucet. It was a really stressful situation, but he was incredibly efficient and got the water shut off quickly – honestly, it saved me a huge headache! He didn't have the parts to replace the whole thing at the time, but he didn't waste any time and got the job done perfectly.
