  Red Dog’s Roofing truly went above and beyond for us, and we wholeheartedly recommend them! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Kyler was our initial contact and was absolutely amazing – he was punctual, incredibly professional, and so helpful, patiently answering all of our questions and walking us through the entire process. We especially appreciated the flexible payment options they offered, including a year with no payments, which was a huge relief given current interest rates. Once we signed the contract, JT took over and efficiently scheduled our installation, covering all the details like the dumpster and permits. Amanda was also fantastic, reaching out beforehand to finalize the dumpster delivery and ensure it was placed conveniently on our property. On the day of the installation, our project manager, Kyle, was on-site the whole time, addressing any questions or concerns we had – it really put our minds at ease. Kyler even checked in during the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. And the crew? They were incredible – they left our property cleaner than when they arrived, even meticulously picking up every stray nail! After the job was done, Amanda followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied, and that level of attention to detail was just outstanding. Honestly, Red Dog’s Roofing provided top-notch professionalism and communication, and we’d definitely call them again – and check out those before-and-after photos too! report abuse

  Red Dog’s Roofing truly exceeded my expectations. I had them do my roof, siding, and gutters, and the quality of their work was outstanding – honestly, next level! But what really stood out was their customer service. Michael and Colt were fantastic; they took care of every little issue we had, and Michael was always so helpful and responsive. I called him quite a bit, and he consistently provided calm, honest, and professional support.
