“Honestly, the level of service really varies. It seems like getting a response – whether by phone or in person – is inconsistent. I’ve been hung up on multiple times and haven’t received any return calls. However, when I actually visited the store, I was able to get answers and received helpful assistance due to the staff’s experience.”

They wouldn’t provide me with any measurements to shop around for quotes, and their initial price was significantly higher than anything else I researched. Plus, they kept adding on extra ‘repairs’ that I wasn’t even given a clear understanding of before they started work, and I never got a breakdown of the liner thickness options.”
