  “I’m really happy with J Shaum Electric. They’ve been fantastic – incredibly professional and always quick to respond when we need an electrician. I’ve had some frustrating issues with basic things like GFI outlets in the past, and they were so helpful, taking the time to discuss the problem and troubleshoot it over the phone without any charge. They recently did a great job installing heat tape on our roof in Flagstaff – really impressed with their work. Overall, it’s just a solid, reliable company from start to finish.” report abuse

Lee was fantastic – he came out the same day I needed a quote for a big project at my new home in Flagstaff, even though two other electricians were no-shows. He gave me a really fair price, and his crew did an amazing job, finishing everything on time and with a truly professional attitude.   “I hired this company and my boyfriend handled the payments and communication. Unfortunately, the workers spent a lot of time just standing around and chatting, with very little actual work being done. It felt like a waste of time – if you’re getting paid to do a job, it should be a job, not a prolonged break. While the bill wasn’t exorbitant, it was still frustrating. This business needs to clearly understand that it’s about getting paid for the work performed, not just stretching out the service. I’d strongly advise anyone needing electrical work to get a written estimate beforehand, or to consider a different company altogether. I also suspect the positive review from ‘Gregg Jauregui’ might be a family member or friend – given his rental situation, he wouldn’t have any financial incentive to rate the service.” report abuse
