  We were so relieved when Jarred from [Company Name] came to fix our doors after the recent weather – the house had settled a bit from the Museum Fire floods and the monsoon, and they were sticking open.   I was in a real bind with my complicated door – it was a rare model and the gearbox was failing. I’d done a lot of research myself, but after two weeks of searching without luck, I was completely stumped. Then, I just happened to walk into Art of Doors and spoke with Bill. He was incredibly friendly and immediately understood my situation. He was fantastic – he asked for pictures and within 24 hours, he’d tracked down the exact part I needed and sent me the link to order it. I had the door fixed the very next day! What really stood out was Bill's genuine helpfulness; he didn't seem to have any agenda and just wanted to lend a hand.
