  “I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere – there are many other fence companies in Flagstaff I could choose from. I bought four wheels for a gate, but unfortunately, we didn’t end up needing them. When I tried to return them, I was shocked to be hit with a 30% restocking fee, including a fee for using my credit card. It felt incredibly outdated and unreasonable, like they were just putting the items back on a shelf. Honestly, it was a really disappointing experience and reflects poorly on their business management.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the service I received. After the representative visited my property, I followed up a week later to request an update and was met with a very abrupt and frankly, angry response from the supervisor. He immediately demanded I specify my fence requirements, despite the fact I’d already discussed this with the original representative. Adding to this, he openly mocked my request for recommendations. When I said I needed to consider moving forward, he simply hung up. This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable and has left me questioning whether to proceed with their services.” report abuse

I initially requested a quote a month ago, and despite multiple phone calls and emails since then, I haven’t received any updates or responses.   Overall, I had a really positive experience working with them – from getting the quote all the way through the installation. The price was a bit higher than expected, but I didn’t bother comparing quotes; I’ve learned it’s best not to trust contractors in Flagstaff. I’m happy with the result. report abuse

  “I had a fence company come out to my property to take measurements, but I’m really disappointed with the lack of follow-up. I’ve called twice already to request an estimate, and it’s been two weeks with no response. To make matters worse, I explained that I needed the fence quickly because my dog was damaging my existing one, but it feels like they simply aren’t prioritizing my request.” report abuse
