He was incredibly thorough, making sure the right contractor did the work and even checking back at our house to confirm everything was done correctly.   Martin from Capstone Homes was a huge help when I bought my house from the original owner – it came with a few unexpected issues. He really went above and beyond, even doing extra work like smoothing out the entire wall to make it look great, just for some patching.
