  Overall, CertaPro did a fantastic job with our exterior painting – we were really pleased with the result. However, the interior work was a bit disappointing. We noticed some issues after they finished, including uneven tape lines and paint bleeding onto the walls and our new stairs. They responded promptly and came back on a Saturday to address those problems. While they did make some improvements, we’ve since been seeing streaks in the paint, particularly on the ceiling and some walls, which suggests they may have only applied one coat. My wife and I, having done some painting ourselves, know that a second coat is usually necessary to eliminate streaks like these, so we’re not entirely happy with the finished interior job. report abuse

  Overall, working with Certa Pro Flagstaff was really positive. They were fantastic at helping us find the perfect paint color for our house’s exterior, and their use of AI tools was a big help.   Overall, I’m really pleased with CertaPro. From the start, Jonathan was fantastic – he took the time to carefully assess the situation, answered all my questions about the process, and even helped me choose the perfect paint color. I’m a bit particular, and we did identify a couple of small details that needed attention, but Jonathan personally followed up and took care of everything. I truly appreciate their professionalism, the clear communication throughout the project, and their dedication to doing a great job.   Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with Certapro’s work on my renovation. As someone just overseeing the project, I was relying on their professionalism and attention to detail. They assured me they’d patch all holes and remove the security boxes before starting, and I completely trusted them given the empty house. It took them nearly a week to finish, and when I asked for a firm completion date, they brushed me off, insisting the job was done. Then, to make matters worse, they’d left all the windows open, blasting the heat, and drained the propane tank! It was a really unsettling experience, and I hadn’t received any communication about this. On top of that, the quality of the work was shockingly poor – only half the socket covers were replaced, there was paint on the light fixtures, and they hadn't fixed the holes they were supposed to. And, to add insult to injury, the security boxes were completely untouched, just sitting there with a couple of screws. It felt like they were simply rushing through the job and didn't care about the details. Considering the cost and the level of care (or lack thereof), I definitely would have been better off tackling the project myself. report abuse

  Overall, it was a good experience. They delivered the final product as agreed and stayed in regular contact throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The only reason I didn't give them a full five-star rating was due to a slight delay in the initial timeline – it wasn't ideal, but they ultimately got the job done.
