  Josh was a fantastic find! Of the three contractors I worked with, he was by far the most reliable and professional. The other two actually made things worse and didn’t finish the job, but Josh was completely different. He was incredibly friendly, punctual, and flexible with his schedule. He clearly explained the work needed and I really appreciated him keeping me updated throughout the whole process, and his pricing was very reasonable.   “I was really worried about finding someone to do just one room in the house, especially with the damage from previous tenants’ dogs.   “I’m really frustrated with the work done on our floors back in October. Now, we’re seeing sections of the floor start to lift, and thankfully there’s no water damage. However, the biggest issue is the complete lack of communication. We’ve been trying to get in touch since the end of April with no response – it’s now almost July! Given the warranty they provided, we need to hear from someone immediately and have them honor it. It’s unacceptable to not be contacted after so long.” report abuse
