  Overall, my experience with AFS has been fantastic. I’ve consistently been impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness of everyone I’ve worked with over the years. It’s great to receive updates with pictures of the work being done. I particularly appreciated Sean’s thorough inspection last fall when he identified a rotting beam – my contractor handled the repair seamlessly. Tyler’s visit in March to assess another issue, and then Riley and Anthony’s quick action with the new metal beam and jacks, were all handled expertly. I was especially pleased to hear Riley compliment my contractor's work. You can tell these guys are well-trained and take the time to explain everything clearly. They were incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and hardworking, and I really appreciated them keeping me updated on their progress with those texts.   Rhett did a fantastic job with our consultation. He really took the time to thoroughly inspect our crawl space, taking detailed pictures to document everything. More importantly, he explained the issues in a way that was easy to understand – not just what was wrong, but *why* it was happening and how his recommended solution would address it.
