  I was really disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an estimate and, despite no communication from the company, nobody ever showed up or contacted me. It’s completely unacceptable to schedule an appointment and then not fulfill it – and frankly, the lack of courtesy was incredibly frustrating. report abuse
