  “Overall, this was a really frustrating experience. We had a significant number of issues with the equipment, starting with the lift itself. The technician seemed to just adjust buttons without properly addressing the problem, and it only worked after I brought it to the attention of the Indiana office. I’ve been working with these machines for 25 years, and it felt like the tech was simply trying to avoid doing his job. We also received the wrong size lift – we ordered and confirmed an 8841, but ended up with a 2676, which was completely unsuitable for our 12ft goods. Then, after waiting 1.5 months, we were told the delivered lift was broken and never received the equipment we originally ordered. It felt like we were constantly having to compromise and settle for something different than what we needed. ” report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience renting from this company. The process was incredibly easy, and I was happy with the dump trailer I rented. My only issue was that the tires weren’t inflated properly when I picked it up – I ended up having to unload my entire load to get them adjusted, which unfortunately cost me some extra money. report abuse
