  “I just wanted to say what a great experience I had – they were really efficient! They started unloading as early as 6:30 am, and the driveway was clearly marked with helpful signs.   I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. We placed a substantial order for materials, and unfortunately, nearly $1100 worth of hardie trim arrived in the incorrect size. After contacting them to arrange for the correct size to be delivered and the mistake picked up, we were told it would take two weeks to receive a refund. To add to the frustration, they then charged us a $400 restocking fee on the $1100 refund – almost half of what we were due back. While I understand restocking fees can be reasonable, this particular charge felt excessive and completely unfair. I’m writing this review to warn others about this experience. report abuse

  “This customer consistently experiences extremely long unloading times – it took me a frustrating 2 hours and 15 minutes to get unloaded today, even with just one truck ahead of me. The driver before me was already having trouble with an unsecured load, which added to the delay. Frankly, this is unacceptable and we’re not compensated for this level of inefficiency. I’ve noticed this happens repeatedly during my visits, and it seems like customers are regularly waiting at least two hours, regardless of the number of deliveries. It’s a significant issue that needs to be addressed.” report abuse

  “I recently bought TAMKO shingles, but unfortunately, my experience with them was incredibly disappointing. Almost immediately after installing them, I noticed significant mold growth after only five years – a clear breach of their warranty. To make matters worse, TAMKO insisted on charging me $650 to fix the problem, which was completely unacceptable. Because of this, I’ll never buy TAMKO shingles again. I appreciate that Interior Exterior was willing to exchange them for TIMBERLINE shingles, even though they were a bit more expensive.   “I was really impressed with the customer service I received when I purchased sheetrock for my new build. Everyone – from Charles and Teresa to the delivery team – was incredibly professional and responsive.
