We especially appreciated that he uses a consistent team of reliable professionals who understand his standards and consistently deliver exceptional work. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly respectful and thoughtful of Mom’s needs. The daily cleanup was fantastic, and Adam consistently checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly.   “I was really impressed with GritOn – they did a fantastic job replacing our garage entry door. They handled everything, from ordering the new door to taking down the old siding and trim, and then installing the new door and trim.   I was really disappointed with my experience. I contacted them to discuss a full kitchen remodel, including custom cabinets and all the associated work like electrical and backsplash. They refused to even send someone out to the property to provide a quote – they wouldn’t even bother to take a look. Despite telling them I wasn’t concerned about the budget and was simply seeking a reliable contractor who could handle the entire project, they ultimately declined the job. It felt incredibly dismissive, and frankly, I felt like they weren’t interested in seriously considering my needs. Because of this, I’ll be going with a different contractor for my other properties – I just wasn’t impressed with their approach. report abuse
