My experience has been incredibly negative – they consistently fail to support their employees, often taking away hours without notice and providing no lunches. Furthermore, the customer service regarding their contracts is unacceptable, and I was deeply disturbed by the unprofessional and disrespectful language used by a member of their HR team. The company truck recently hit it, and despite repeated assurances from supervisors Jess and George that the repairs would be completed today, Amanda Williams, the employee in charge, now claims they aren’t responsible for the damage. It was incredibly sloppy – they essentially poured a finish coat over loose gravel, creating dangerous ‘open sores.’ It’s clear AMS didn’t put in the proper attention to detail.
