  Honestly, working with Alpine Gardens Landscapes was a fantastic experience. We had a really ambitious project – a large redesign of the space behind our house overlooking the lake – which meant a lot of planning and design work. Kris and his team completely nailed it, creating a brilliant plan that we couldn’t have imagined. The demolition and construction went smoothly throughout the fall, winter, and spring, and the final result is absolutely stunning! Everyone on the Alpine Gardens team was so professional and friendly, and the quality of their work was truly exceptional. They’ve also been fantastic with follow-up. Now, our friends and family are constantly raving about how incredible our new outdoor living space is – it’s truly amazing!   We were absolutely thrilled with the transformation of our front and side lawns – Alpine Gardens, and especially Evan Moore and his team, did an incredible job! In just nine days, they turned our space into a stunning xeriscaped garden that everyone in the neighborhood is talking about. Jose and his crew worked incredibly hard, tackling everything from removing the old lawn to installing the irrigation system and building the retaining wall. They planted over 56 beautiful, water-wise plants and ensured the whole area was spotless each day. Kody’s regular check-ins and replacements of any struggling plants have given us extra peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend Alpine Gardens to anyone looking for a beautiful, low-maintenance landscape. report abuse

  I’ve been incredibly pleased with the work Alpine Gardens has done for me – they completed a project for me between 2017 and 2018, and then again more recently from 2023 to 2024. I specifically chose to go back to Alpine because I had such a positive experience the first time around. Brandon Vannest and his team – especially Chesney Babbitt, Tori Scheuerman, Kody Bjorlow – were fantastic to work with. The project itself has been quite complex and taken a lot of time, but Alpine has consistently been responsive to all my questions and concerns.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Alpine Landscaping. While I must admit, the initial design they created for our landscape was beautiful, the problems started almost immediately after installation in the spring of 2023. We had several trees and plants die shortly after being put in the ground, and were initially told it was simply “shock” from being transplanted. Unfortunately, this never resolved itself, and one of the expensive Austrian Pines completely died. They replaced it with a much smaller, inferior tree. Then, to add to the frustration, the lead designer, Jonathan Kitchens, left the company. The new person assigned to our case, Cody, was rude and dismissive, seeming more interested in giving us a hard time than actually addressing our concerns. After a year of calls and emails, we finally got a replacement tree, but it was nothing like the original. The biggest issue, and frankly the most concerning, was a major problem with our sprinkler system. It caused constant flooding on one side of our house, resulting in dead grass on the other. Despite multiple attempts to get it resolved, it took another company just ten minutes to identify the issue – a broken line, missing emitters, and incorrectly installed sprinkler heads – and fix it. It’s unacceptable that Alpine couldn't address this fundamental problem after a year! Ultimately, Alpine’s stunning designs are overshadowed by their complete lack of follow-through when it comes to resolving issues. We ended up paying another company a significant amount of money to fix what should have been handled by them a year ago. I cannot recommend Alpine Landscaping based on this experience. report abuse

  “I recently contacted Alpine Gardens for assistance with my drip irrigation system, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The technician arrived 30 minutes early but didn’t offer an apology or even acknowledge his early arrival. He didn’t provide any new insights or solutions for my issue, simply confirming that it was, in fact, a mister. His supervisor was also unhelpful, and ultimately, I felt like I paid $95 for absolutely nothing. I followed up with the manager, but it took a while to get in touch with her. Despite explaining the situation in detail, I didn’t receive any kind of discount. However, I really appreciate her reaching out today and offering a full refund – it was a very positive resolution.” report abuse

  Overall, we absolutely loved working with Alpine! Kris did an amazing job of turning our backyard dreams into a beautiful reality, and we’re so thrilled with the finished product. The crew was fantastic – incredibly helpful, friendly, and really responsive to our requests and changes along the way. The only small thing that could have been better was the final stages of the project. We had to follow up a few times to get everything tidied up and finalized, which was a little inconvenient. I completely understand it was a busy time for them, but it would have been great to have a clearer timeline communicated upfront. Despite that, we’d recommend Alpine without hesitation – we're incredibly happy with the result! report abuse
