  “We chose Lindgren Landscaping after hearing positive experiences from our neighbors, and initially we were pleased with their reputation. We contacted them in November to get a Spring installation scheduled, bringing along a design from our landscape architect. What was immediately concerning was that Lindgren was the only company to flag the original design as needing significant revision, adding a $750 fee for their rework. Despite this initial hiccup, we decided to move forward, but then things really slowed down. It took nearly three weeks for their designer to respond to our inquiry, and she then informed us she couldn’t start the design for another month. This pushed our potential installation date back considerably, and ultimately, we learned it would likely be July before they could even begin. Throughout the process, we felt like our concerns weren’t being taken seriously – we were constantly providing input and waiting for updates with no clear timeline. Sadly, the experience left us feeling undervalued, and we ultimately decided to pursue landscaping with another company. If you’re considering Lindgren, it’s absolutely crucial to establish clear timelines and expectations from the very beginning of your consultation.   Lindgren really exceeded my expectations with my backyard paver project. It was a more complex undertaking than anticipated, but they handled everything brilliantly. The design team came up with some fantastic, creative solutions, and the installers were incredibly hardworking and meticulous – they paid such close attention to detail and, importantly, they completed the job on schedule and to a truly outstanding standard.   “I wanted to share my concerns about the recent lawn care situation at the Worthington. Unfortunately, Columbine Health Care System hired Lindgren for the mowing this year, and I’ve been really disappointed with the results. The staff have been consistently unreliable, leaving the area around the ditch a mess with ripped-up sod and deep ruts – it’s a serious safety hazard, especially for our residents who are mostly in their 80s and could easily trip and injure themselves. I’m very grateful that a Lindgren team was sent to address the damage and make the area safer. Thank you for taking care of this.” report abuse
