After Hurricane Ian caused significant flooding to my property, I was struggling to get even basic estimates from other contractors. Then I met Jake Carter, and he really listened to what I needed, including some desired upgrades. He then provided a remarkably detailed and affordable estimate. The quality of the work done by their subcontractors was outstanding, and Jake kept things running really smoothly, minimizing any disruption.   Jacob and his team did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our 3-bedroom condo on Sanibel. They completely transformed the place – we had two and a half bathrooms renovated with brand new showers, vanities, sinks, and floors, and the kitchen was completely gutted and redesigned. They even adjusted the ceilings and ductwork. Honestly, starting from scratch was a big undertaking, but Jacob managed everything so seamlessly. As a perfectionist myself, I was a little anxious, but I was incredibly impressed with the quality of their work. He stuck to the deadline, even though it was ambitious, and he was always transparent about costs – only adding to the budget when we requested changes. I wholeheartedly recommend Jacob and Olde Florida Contracting to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor. report abuse
