  “I can’t recommend this company. My experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately caused a major delay and a lot of extra expense. I hired them to install new windows, but from the start, things went horribly wrong. They were consistently late, did a shockingly poor job, and caused significant damage to my home. They ripped up my drywall, cracked my tile, and even damaged my landscaping. The windows themselves weren’t properly installed – they used cheap spray foam instead of wood shims as I requested, and many weren't sealed correctly. Now, I’m stuck paying someone else to fix all the damage they caused, which has completely stalled my bathroom remodel. To add insult to injury, the contractor tried to bill me for basic supplies and even added charges that weren't part of the original agreement. It was a stressful and ultimately damaging experience.” report abuse

  “We were incredibly pleased with the work Buddy and his crew did on our house a few months ago. They tackled our bathroom remodel and the wheelchair ramp installation really well, and they were fantastic about working with our timeline, especially considering my ongoing health issues. We got a really competitive price – significantly less than we’d been quoted by some larger companies for just the bathroom remodel alone. Honestly, they did the entire shower update, new flooring, and wall tiling for around $7,000, which was a great value. We provided the shower fixtures and tiles, which helped keep the costs down.   “I can’t recommend W & W Construction and Buddy enough. I’ve worked with them for many years, assisting a wealthy client with a beautiful home built in the early fifties. Because of the unique construction style, they actually hand-crafted all the trim when rebuilding the dormers – it’s truly remarkable work, and everyone who’s seen it is just blown away. They also created a one-of-a-kind security entry door with side bolts that slide into a steel frame built into the foundation. It’s a testament to their skill and attention to detail. Honestly, I’ve been really impressed with their talent and, more importantly, their honesty. It’s rare to find a company where the quality of their work is matched by such integrity.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with W&W Construction. We hired them to measure and provide a quote for a custom door, and after a few communications, they scheduled an appointment about three weeks later. However, they never showed up for the appointment – I tried to follow up the day before and again on the day itself with no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this, especially considering they had so many positive reviews. I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.” report abuse

  We were so pleased with W&W’s work installing backsplashes in our kitchen and bathrooms – they were incredibly professional and got the job done quickly. We did have a very small issue with the grout in one area, but Buddy was fantastic and took care of it right away. We would absolutely recommend W&W for any future projects! report abuse
