  “I cannot recommend this company. My experience was incredibly frustrating and damaging. I hired them for a window installation, but they completely botched the job and caused significant damage to my home. They tore up my drywall, cracked my new tile, and even damaged a bush. The windows themselves weren’t properly installed – they used spray foam instead of shims, and many weren't sealed correctly. Because of their poor workmanship, I now have to pay another contractor to repair all the damage, which has seriously delayed my bathroom remodel. To add insult to injury, they attempted to bill me for unnecessary materials and tried to extract additional payments after we reached a final agreement.” report abuse

  “We were incredibly pleased with the work Buddy and his crew did remodeling our bathroom and installing the ramp last few months. They were fantastic at working with us, especially considering my ongoing health issues, and managed to get everything completed quickly. We got a really good deal – their bathroom remodel was significantly cheaper than a quote we received from a much larger company, which was charging around $15,000 just for the shower. W&W did a beautiful job updating our shower, laying new flooring, and tiling the walls for about $7,000, and we were happy to supply the shower fixtures and tiles ourselves to save some money.   “I’ve been working with Buddy and W & W Construction for many years, and I can’t recommend them enough. They were the personal assistant to a client who owned a beautiful home built in the early fifties, and the quality of their work is truly exceptional. Because the original woodwork is a different style than what’s done today, Buddy and his crew actually had to hand-craft all the trim when they rebuilt the dormers – it was remarkable. They also created a stunning, one-of-a-kind security entry door with side bolts that slide into a steel frame built into the foundation. It’s a testament to their talent. Beyond their skill, I’ve always appreciated their honesty, which is rare to find in a contractor.” report abuse

  “I contacted W&W Construction to get a quote for a custom door, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. After a few conversations, they scheduled an appointment about three weeks later. However, they never showed up for the scheduled time, and I received no communication at all. It’s shocking that a company boasting five-star ratings would be so unresponsive and unprofessional. Living in Fort Smith, I’ve found many businesses to be reliable, so I can’t recommend W&W Construction based on this experience.” report abuse

  We were absolutely thrilled with W&W’s work installing backsplashes in our kitchen and bathrooms. They were incredibly professional, efficient, and got the job done quickly. We did have a small issue with the grout in one area, but Buddy took care of it immediately and resolved it perfectly – we really appreciated his promptness.
