“I was really relieved to find Barton Chapa when I needed a property plat. The city insisted my land hadn’t been officially surveyed and told me I’d have to pay a significant amount – several thousand dollars – to get it corrected before we could move forward with our building plans. It felt like a frustrating, unavoidable expense, but then Greg from Barton Chapa responded to my inquiry. He discovered that the property was actually already platted back in 1967, and provided me with a copy of the original document from Tarrant County. Because of his quick work and honesty, I was able to send that document to the city, and thankfully, they no longer needed me to plat the land. Greg saved me a huge amount of time and money – I’ll definitely be using Barton Chapa for any future surveying or platting needs!”

“Jack and his team were fantastic – incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also really approachable. They took the time to explain their process and why they do things a certain way, which I really appreciated. I’m definitely looking forward to working with them again in the future for any surveying needs.”

“We’ve checked our records and unfortunately, we have no information on file regarding any work we’ve done with or communicated with someone named Rosie Escobar. We don’t have any projects associated with that name, nor do we have any record of interactions with her.”
