They completed three projects for me over the past few years, and I’m a licensed General Contractor with 30 years of experience, so I have a good perspective on flooring work. What really stood out was their attention to detail – they understood the condition of the concrete from the start and were proactive about addressing any imperfections that would be revealed after polishing. The crew was equally knowledgeable and efficient, and the equipment they used was always in good working order, which helped keep the projects on schedule.   I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received from this company. From the very beginning, I felt like I wasn’t being treated with respect or given honest information. Andrew and Cameron initially assured me of their experience and expertise, but things quickly went wrong. They used my home as storage and then told me they had a more urgent job in Orange County, delaying the project. Despite daily updates that everything was “fine,” the work was consistently behind schedule. I specifically requested to move my belongings on Friday, and they confirmed it was okay, even sending me a text saying everything would be finished by 3 PM. However, when I arrived, the floors were in terrible condition – a problem that Cameron knew about that morning but never informed me of. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding direct communication, relying instead on texts and making it seem like I couldn't ask questions. Adding to the frustration, it turned out the person who delivered their equipment, Tanner, was the one actually working on my floors! Throughout the entire process, there was a constant change of workers, and the photos they sent me as “90% complete” were misleading. To top it all off, they even removed my door base and threw out my screws. It was incredibly unprofessional and frankly, threatening when Cameron hinted at putting a lien on my property. The customer service was terrible, the delays were unacceptable, and the whole experience was a complete disaster. I wholeheartedly agree with the other negative reviews – do not use this company! report abuse
