  Floor & Decor is a solid option if you’re just looking for basic flooring supplies and aren’t trying to find the latest trends. I usually shop around at a couple of the tile shops on Anaheim’s tile row, but Floor & Decor is convenient for when I need something quickly. report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. It took over an hour and forty minutes to have just twelve boxes of tiles picked up, and the driver actually damaged a company truck while doing so. Worse yet, he didn't offer an apology, and the whole situation felt completely disorganized and unprofessional. I ended up driving all the way back to San Diego because of it. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience. I contacted them to oversee a complete bathroom renovation in my house, but the staff were incredibly unhelpful and seemed completely lost. There were four of them present, and none of them could answer my basic questions.
