  “I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with Arco’s work on the Lackey Dam Rd development. As a neighbor living across the street, I witnessed firsthand just how poorly managed the construction was. The amount of trash left behind by the workers was completely unacceptable – the road leading to and from the site was constantly covered in garbage, and it took them months to even address the issue of sand blowing onto our homes. We were constantly having to keep our windows closed because of it. I spoke to two men in hard hats about the problem, showed them the trash and sand, and they offered to powerwash my house, but they never followed up or returned my calls. It was clear from the start that they were completely unprofessional and didn’t care about the impact their work had on our community. Honestly, if my town ever considered using them for a construction project, I would have voted against them – you definitely don’t want to leave your town with a shoddy, trash-filled outcome and a company that disregards its neighbors.” report abuse

  “It’s really concerning that my previous review about this company’s work in the area disappeared. They’ve apparently caused significant damage to eleven homes nearby, and so far, they haven’t taken any steps to address the problem.” report abuse
