  Ryan and Pro Comfort Control did an absolutely fantastic job. From the very beginning, he was incredibly detailed and responsive, taking the time to answer all our questions and keep us fully informed throughout the entire process – from the initial proposal to the final cleanup. The quality of the work on our AC air handler and compressor replacement, as well as the conversion from oil to natural gas with the new boiler and hot water tank, was exceptional.   Overall, I was incredibly impressed with Pro Comfort Control. Ryan did a fantastic job explaining everything during the walkthrough, and Alex and Carrie were both really responsive to my emails. But the real highlight was the installation team – they were truly professional, did a fantastic job ensuring the installation looked high quality, and took care of cleaning up afterward.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the work Pro Comfort did replacing our old boiler. Our 30-year-old one was constantly making a terrible banging noise, and thankfully, finding a reliable replacement was easy thanks to Pro Comfort. Ryan came out and really understood our needs – we wanted a high-efficiency Lochinvar boiler to handle our entire tri-level house and hot water, and we specifically requested a compact installation. He and his crew were fantastic! They arrived on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and were meticulous, even navigating the challenge of installing it through a newly laid engineered floor and stairs. Ryan’s attention to detail was outstanding – it was clear he wasn’t just doing a job, but creating a truly impressive and well-engineered solution. The quality of the components and the crimping joinery they used were top-notch. It was a complex installation, involving over 140 feet of pipe and countless fittings, but the final result is incredible – the new boiler is completely silent!   Ryan was absolutely fantastic – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He quickly identified a potential gas leak from our old boiler and thankfully alerted the authorities, preventing a serious issue. Because of his thoroughness, we decided to have him replace our entire hot water system. He really took the time to explain everything to us, presented a competitive quote, and even helped us navigate the complicated process of getting a Mass Save loan. Honestly, it was incredibly stressful being new homeowners and dealing with that, but Ryan and his team made it so much easier. Knowing they’d ensure we still had hot water during the installation – especially with two young kids – was a huge relief.
