“I’ve been working with T-Squared on a septic project for the past year, and I’ve been really impressed. They’ve consistently been knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions. Specifically, Phillip, my head engineer, has been an incredible resource – his expertise and insightful suggestions were invaluable in tackling some really complex challenges. If you’re needing septic services in Williamson County, I wholeheartedly recommend T-Squared.”

“I was really pleased with Tim Turner and his team’s work on the agricultural building project in Franklin and Williamson County. We hired him after a previous civil engineer struggled to get things moving with the city and county, and Tim completely turned the project around. His deep understanding of both the local codes and regulations was key to securing the necessary permits – we finally got the site plan approved by the City and the septic plan approved by the County.”

“I wouldn’t really recommend this firm if you’re a typical homeowner just needing some straightforward help. I hired them to flag a property line, and unfortunately, it was a really frustrating experience. Initially, Laura Hamilton explained my needs clearly and even outlined the paperwork I’d need to share with my neighbor after the work. However, after that, communication completely disappeared for months – no updates, no calls, nothing. The timeline they’d set was completely ignored, and it just continued like that. Honestly, I should have cancelled the job much sooner, but I was being stubborn. When the crew finally arrived (without any warning to my neighbor, by the way), it was just one person, and they spent an entire day slowly going around the property. They couldn’t find any existing markers, which was fine at first, but then we waited and waited, making multiple calls, until I finally sent a frustrated email demanding they leave. Suddenly, the property line was marked! In the end, I received an invoice, a copy of a plot map I could have easily gotten from the county myself, and absolutely no documentation to back up their work – no proof of measurements or calculations. I felt completely misled and left with no confidence in the result, especially since I had no paperwork to show to anyone else. It was a $1,000 waste of money, and a really disappointing experience.”

“I can’t recommend this company enough! I spoke with Erick Gervis, and he was fantastic. He immediately pulled up my property information and was already offering helpful insights on how to save money on my septic project – clearly he’s very knowledgeable, especially since he used to work for W.C. Thanks so much for his help!”
