I was incredibly disappointed with the entire experience, particularly the behavior of the drywall contractor. From the moment he arrived, he was rude and dismissive, immediately trying to shift the blame onto the painters even though the issue seemed to stem from poor workmanship. When I tried to explain my concerns, he became defensive and argued it was simply “basic physics,” which felt like an unnecessary and frustrating attempt to invalidate my experience. It was upsetting to hear him dismiss my prior knowledge of drywall work. However, the most concerning part of the visit was his completely unacceptable behavior. He escalated the situation by throwing his phone, raised his voice, and then aggressively damaged my front door casing. This was not only disrespectful but demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism. I truly expected a more respectful and competent assessment, and I’m deeply concerned about what I witnessed.

Honestly, I’d strongly advise against hiring The Drywall Doctors. The photos clearly show a lot of problems, and it seems like they actually make things worse when they try to repair them.

Scott and the team were fantastic – they unloaded the delivery really quickly and were super friendly!
