Honestly, the whole experience with this land surveying company was incredibly frustrating. We received a gift of property from our neighbor, and we went through with the survey, which began smoothly. However, after paying the full amount, we started receiving invoices for thousands of dollars – even though their own employee assured us there were no further charges. Then, one of the owners, Bill, contacted me, accusing me of making excuses and threatening to send the bill to collections. It was a really upsetting and stressful situation, especially considering it was a gift. I’d strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look for a different surveyor who will honor their commitments and treat you with respect.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience here. The parking situation is a major issue – it’s completely open and not private at all. When I parked there, I was blocked in, and when I called the police, they insisted it was a private lot despite the lack of any signage. Adding to this, I waited nearly an hour with my three-year-old, and no one came out to assist me. When an employee finally appeared, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, simply telling me to go elsewhere. It felt like no one cared about the inconvenience I was experiencing because I parked in a public area. Overall, the lack of customer service and the handling of the situation were unacceptable.

I had a really frustrating experience with Carl. I initially contacted him in November and we agreed on a service date in January, but he then cancelled the appointment just before it was scheduled to happen after a three-month wait. He came across as condescending and grumpy, and it felt like he was trying to raise the price without even seeing the property. Honestly, the whole process was incredibly unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend using him. It seems like the owner isn't particularly concerned with customer satisfaction.

Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. We paid the full amount on October 17th, 2022, but we kept getting invoices afterward. I tried reaching out repeatedly – I left four voicemails and sent emails last year, but no one responded. I just received another invoice and now my calls aren’t even going through. I would strongly advise against using this company.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “I unfortunately had a really negative experience with this firm. It felt like their primary focus was on maximizing profits rather than genuinely understanding and meeting our needs or the needs of our project. They seemed to add extra costs and unnecessary items to the estimate, and it felt like they weren't prioritizing our best interests. I’d urge anyone considering hiring them to proceed with extreme caution – you really need to carefully compare quotes and ensure they're transparent about their pricing.”

“This team is fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with and they really understand the needs of a project like this.”
