“This place is really efficient – the loading is quick and the docks are set up for flatbeds, which is great. Just be extra careful if you’re hauling a dry van. They have a good amount of space for backing in, and they even have a scale on-site so you can weigh your trailer before you leave.”
-
It loaded really quickly, and the docks were surprisingly secure for a flatbed of that size. There was still plenty of space to get around and work with.
-
Overall, I really enjoy using Tamko – they’re incredibly efficient and the staff are fantastic. They’re always quick to load me up and have a great sense of humor. The only minor thing is that their docks are a little tight, which can make backing up a bit tricky, but it’s easily manageable.
-
This website is incredibly slow to load, and it’s particularly frustrating when trying to view images of shingles – it takes far too long.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the decking material I purchased from Tamko. Shortly after installation, the boards began to flake and discolor, and we’ve discovered numerous other customers have experienced the same issue. Tamko’s response was incredibly frustrating – they demanded a huge amount of paperwork, including an estimate for completely removing and replacing our deck, just to process a claim. We provided everything they asked for, including photos, but their final settlement offer was shockingly short by $2100. When I raised my concerns to their supervisor, “Shelly,” she essentially dismissed my complaint and told me to accept the offer or not. It's unacceptable to expect a customer to pay to fix a faulty product. Honestly, we’re considering taking this further and pursuing a claim through small claims court.

“I arrived before 3, but unfortunately, they weren’t letting people in. The security guard seemed unaware of the situation.”
-
Overall, the driver process was very well-handled.
-
“These loaders were really professional and did a great job securing the load. They also had a good setup for overnight parking if we needed it.”
-
“The check-in and check-out processes went smoothly and quickly.”
-
I completely avoided stopping there today – it seemed like they were trying to unload some low-quality goods.
