Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. The owner, Rodney, was extremely difficult to get in touch with – I sent several emails and never received a reply, and when I called, he promised to get back to me but never did. He repeatedly gave me incorrect information about my order, and it was never actually prepared, despite numerous promises. It felt like my time was being wasted, and I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.

This facility was incredibly frustrating to deal with. Drivers, seriously, be aware – you could easily end up wasting a significant amount of time here. I arrived early this morning, September 29th, with a delivery deadline of 3pm in Telford, Pennsylvania (117 miles away), and sat there for a solid five hours before finally getting loaded. A fellow driver I spoke with confirms this is a recurring issue; they regularly wait 4-5 hours to get loaded. What really upset me was that after waiting nearly five hours, they only gave me an hour and a half of actual loading time. It felt completely disorganized, and a key factor was the slow pace of one of the loaders, Trent, who also checked me in. He seemed completely uninterested in keeping things moving, and I watched him ignore my truck twice without a word. While I understand a little waiting is normal, five hours is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of respect for driver hours and operational efficiency. I missed out on a full day of revenue because of this. Be warned!
