I spent a couple of months researching different options – looking at display houses, exploring modular floor plans, and securing land.   “Honestly, five stars just doesn’t seem like enough to express how amazing our experience with Fremont Homes was! My husband spent over a year researching modular home builders, and we knew the moment we stepped onto their lot that we’d found the right company. Steve was fantastic – he walked us through every single aspect of the construction process, patiently answering all our questions and even when we had a few changes along the way. He was incredibly responsive and always so friendly. We really appreciated how organized they were, too. We were living on-site during construction, and we could see firsthand how well the contractors worked together. They commented themselves on how great it was to be working with Fremont Homes. It was especially reassuring that they started so quickly, even amidst the challenges of COVID-19 – Howarth’s got right to work on the foundation, septic, and well. And then there’s Mo and Sid who finished the interior – they’re absolutely phenomenal and took such care to ensure every detail was exactly what we wanted. We’re thrilled with the quality of our home and the incredible workmanship.   Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with our new home – the quality is fantastic! We’re really happy with the finished product. However, it was a little frustrating at times, mainly due to the communication from the builder throughout the process, and the delay in getting the keys. It’s understandable that there are always a few small issues with a new build, but with a few improvements to communication and the handover timeline, we’d have given it a full five-star rating. report abuse

  “We can’t even begin to express how grateful we are to Fremont Homes, especially Steve. After our devastating house fire, we were completely lost, and thankfully, our insurance company directed us to them. Steve immediately took the stress out of everything, explaining the entire process and quickly getting us an estimate for rebuilding. Throughout the incredibly difficult 13 months we spent battling with Auto Owners and MI Fire Claims – a process that made our lives unbelievably hard – Steve was a constant source of support. He kept us informed every step of the way, and he never gave up on us, even when the insurance company was making things incredibly difficult. He was truly our advocate, and we wouldn’t have gotten through it without him. Fremont Homes worked tirelessly to get us back into a home, and Steve went above and beyond, always keeping us updated and fulfilling every promise he made. Because of their dedication and the hard work of all the contractors involved, we now have a beautiful home that’s more amazing than we ever imagined.
