  “Overall, I’m happy with this place. They have a really good range of tiles and flooring, and it’s nicely presented in the store. However, the customer service can be a bit inconsistent – some of the staff are really helpful and friendly, but the ones working by the cash register seem uninterested.   “Overall, it’s a sizable store with a decent range of products. We were a little disappointed to find that the two things we were specifically looking for were out of stock. The prices were reasonable in some areas, and pretty comparable to what you’d find elsewhere, but we didn’t notice a lot of heavily discounted, discontinued items.” report abuse

  “We were really disappointed with our experience purchasing tiles from Floor and Decor. They provided us with over 280 feet of tiles that were heavily stained, and despite this, our contractor proceeded to install them. We’ve contacted Floor and Decor to file a complaint, but we haven’t yet received a response.” report abuse
