  Overall, I was really pleased with the work – they were incredibly efficient and got the job done quickly. The main thing is it solved my problem, and I’m confident it will continue to do so. The finish wasn't quite perfect, and there’s a little mess to clean up on one side of the house, but considering the price and how quickly they worked, I think it was worth it. They were also really easy to deal with. I didn’t get quotes from other companies because they were recommended to be the best, and I’d definitely consider using them again – you definitely get what you pay for! report abuse

  “I’ve been dealing with a really frustrating problem – flooding in my basement. It had a small drain at the bottom of the stairs, but it was completely inadequate; even a couple of leaves would block it and cause a significant water issue. I spent years cleaning up after these floods, and despite trying to keep the drain clear, we’d still get hit every year or so. Thankfully, I finally contacted Basement Masters two years ago, and they completely fixed the issue with a much larger drain and a reservoir underneath.
