The service was incredibly inconvenient – I had to wait for someone who didn't speak English, and parking was extremely limited and poorly managed.   Fidel and the team are fantastic – he’s always really helpful with unloading. Just a note that trucks arriving later in the day are prioritized last, and deliveries typically start around 6:30 AM. report abuse

  “This delivery was really frustrating. The instructions were unclear – I had to back across a busy intersection, unwrap the shipment, and then wait for someone to tell me when it was okay to pull back out for unloading.   Honestly, my experience there was pretty disappointing. The staff seemed quite rude and didn't appear to be well-trained on customer service. I’d definitely recommend checking out Capitol Building Supply down the street – they were much more pleasant and professional. report abuse
