They successfully installed our attic fan and upgraded all of our electric outlets, and Chris’s recommendations were fantastic.   I’ve been consistently impressed with GAC – they’ve handled both my HVAC and electrical needs with professionalism and care. I’ve used them for HVAC maintenance since I bought my townhouse, and their team has always been reliable for inspections and service. Recently, I had an urgent electrical issue and was so grateful for their responsiveness. Lisa in the office was fantastic at coordinating, and Bruce Moore, the electrician who came out, was truly exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the issue clearly and offering helpful recommendations. He not only fixed the immediate problem – replacing an exterior outlet and securing the GFI panel – but also took the time to discuss a surge protector I’d been considering. Bruce was incredibly thorough, taking care to clean up after himself and explaining all the changes he made to the breaker panel. He really went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything.   “Johnny did an absolutely fantastic job repairing our leaky copper pipes. He was so professional and courteous, and he really went above and beyond – taking the time to answer all our questions and even offered some helpful plumbing advice. Honestly, he’s the kind of technician we’d love to have on our team at Stone Repair; we run a national service business and he set a really high standard.   I was so happy with the service I received from GAC when my air conditioner stopped working. They were able to get me a technician, Steve, out the very next day, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly professional, really knew his stuff, and was so friendly and explained everything he was doing as he worked. He quickly diagnosed the problem – a faulty component in the compressor – and got my unit back up and running really quickly.   “I was really worried when my sump pump suddenly stopped working, especially with rain forecast for the evening and a fully furnished basement at stake. I called GAC and they responded incredibly quickly, sending over Theo and Max who arrived that afternoon. These two plumbers were fantastic – they worked together so efficiently, quickly pinpointed the problem, and really understood the urgency of the situation. They were completely focused on getting the new pump installed before the rain started. Max took care of removing the old one while Theo went to get a replacement. They were both incredibly professional and polite, and thankfully, they got everything working perfectly, even doing a water test to make sure it was holding up. I want to give a huge thanks to GAC and especially to Theo and Max for their responsiveness and for helping me avoid a flooded basement!   “I recently had my spring/summer maintenance inspection, and I was really pleased with John Bennett who came to do it this morning. He was professional, efficient, and had a great attitude – it’s a shame the company has had so many excellent technicians leave, but I’ll definitely be requesting him for any future repairs or maintenance on my HVAC system. I also wanted to say that I’ve been reading some concerning comments lately, and I’d appreciate it if the current owners could address those issues and let us know what their plan is for moving forward.” report abuse
