  Overall, we were incredibly impressed with the team – they were so clear about everything and really professional from the very beginning. The work was completed really quickly and efficiently, which was a huge relief for our family of five with three young kids!   I was so pleased with Creative Exteriors – they did a fantastic job replacing my roof! Not only was the price incredibly reasonable, but the team was incredibly prompt and professional, getting the whole job done in a single day. Ron and Wess were particularly helpful and really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. To top it all off, they even took care of a small issue with the window sealing for free.   I have to say, I was really impressed with Creative Exterior Concepts. Initially, there was a slight confusion about my project, but their management team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and fairly. The quality of the work on my roof – the materials and the workmanship – was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable. Plus, they did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. I’ve already contacted them for a quote, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. More recently, months after the roof was installed, I found a small issue and Wes promptly sent Ronnie out to take a look. Ronnie was incredibly thorough, not only fixing the original problem but also noticing and addressing a couple of other minor concerns. He was fast, efficient, and had a really positive attitude.
